奖励金申请规则：

1.申请者须属会员子女；并须是在籍的中、小学、初级学院及大学学生。

2.申请者的学年成绩须符合本会教育基金委员会所规定的标准。

3.缴交申请者之学年成绩影印本一份，半身二寸相片二张。

4.凡参加本会每年举办有关教育活动之会员子女，将被优先考虑。

5.申请及颁发奖励金日期：(A)申请截止日期：06/03/2006，颁发奖励金日期另定。

                  　(B)每年汾阳郡王子仪公圣诞庆祝会上颁发。

6.申请表将由本会教育基金委员会审查，再提交董事会通过。董事会的裁决则是最后的决定。 

  非会员及拖欠月捐者不被接受。

7.本规则如有不尽善之处，董事会有权作最后修定。

Rules:

1. Applicants must be children of members who are currently pursuing their education in Singapore schools/universities.

2. Applicants’ academic results, in the opinion of the selection panel, have reached the levels proposed by the committee for prize awards.

3. A copy of the final term academic results and two passport size photos need to be attached to this form.

4. Priority will be given to those who have participated in our Association’s Educational Programmes.

5. Application form shall be submitted by: 06/03/2006 Prize-giving ceremony will be held on The Birthday of our Forefather GUO ZI YI.

6. Application forms will be selected by the Education Bursary Committee and approved by the Management Committee whose decision is final. Non-member or members whose monthly subscriptions are in arrear are not eligible to apply.

7. Rules and conditions in respect of the awards are subject to alteration by committee without notice.
